The Thinking State is an independent intellectual platform led by Noor Omer. While it began as a space for reflection and long-form inquiry, it has gradually evolved into a site of serious research engagement.

I welcome thoughtful collaborations with individuals, institutions, policymakers, researchers, and organizations working across governance, technology, environmental security, and political thought.
